Mobilistaion Manager / Project Manager

An award winning company who provide best of breed Patient Administration and Electronic Patient Record Systems are expanding their Projects team. They are looking to hire a home based Mobilisation Manager who thrives on being central to the delivery of excellence to both customers and internal stake-holder teams.

The role is home based with reasonable travel expected when neccesary to client sites. The key deliverables are to ensure that planned, communicated and delivered in a timely and efficient manner to clients. The role is key in ensuring that key internal stake-holder teams are fully resourced and can deliver in a joined up and communicated manner.

The succesful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following;

  • Degree in information technology or a related field with a minimum of 5 years relevant industry experience.
  • A range of experience COTS software package delivery across many sectors preferably including healthcare related industies.

  • Excellent planning and leadership skills.
  • Cooperation and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • The ability to contribute to project management best practice
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the capacity to work with people at all levels of the organisation. 
  • Analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • The ability to present in a clear, concise, logical and engaging manner
  • Attention to detail.
  • The ability to work under pressure
  • Good experience of the full SDLC
  • Organisation and time management skills.
  • Budget management skills.
