This is an opportunity to be influential for a great client who needs an experienced BA to lead on defining projects and requirements. The role will be initially focussed around CRM projects hence a good level of experience in that area would be a great start.
The ideal candidate should be confident and able to demonstrate experience in the following areas;
- Requirements Gathering
- Workshop Facilitation
- Functional Definition
- Specification Documents
- Stake-holder management
- Business Case development
- User Journeys
- Full SDLC projects
- Presenting to users / senior stakeholders
- Test Definitions
- Defining Training Plans
- Go-live support
This is a key role supporting the Director of IT hence you should be experienced and be able to work with minimal supervision. You will be a self-starter who knows how to add value and identify areas where value can be delivered by IT Projects especially CRM projects.
