What will you be doing?

The Software Support Analyst / Engineer is a hands-on role within a small team to provide analytical and engineering resource for the company’s Logistics system and supporting applications. Duties include analysis of current business processes, creation of business and system requirement specifications, delivery of development projects, testing, providing end-user support, data import and extraction processes and EDI. The role will involve liaising with internal staff, external software vendors, trading partners and the business’s customer base.

  • Create system specifications, diagrams.
  • Create knowledgebase documentation.

  • End user support and problem resolution.
  • Manage the development and deployment of systems enhancements.
  • Testing software development and checking the requirements.

  • Identify user requirements and develop solutions for reporting, queries, and data extraction.
