The role will be initially focussed around CRM projects hence a good level of experience in that area would be a great start. The ideal candidate should be confident and able to demonstrate experience in the following areas; Requirements Gathering Workshop Facilitation Functional Definition Specification Documents Stake-holder management Business Case development User Journeys Full SDLC projects Presenting to users / senior stakeholders Test Definitions Defining Training Plans Go-live support This is a key role supporting the Director of IT hence you should be experienced and be able to work with minimal supervision. You will be a self-starter who knows how to add value and identify areas where value can be delivered by IT Projects especially CRM projects.
